At the core of coach training, is your own wellness journey, on which we take steps together, one week at a time. Nutrition, exercise, sleep, and recovery, lay a solid foundation. Through the Leading a Fulfilling Life- module, we pause to consider self-compassion, happiness, strengths, and the most important things in your life.

The goal is to prepare you to be the best supporter, offering unconditional encouragement, to others dreaming of a sustainable lifestyle change. How to encounter a client? How to find their goals and commitment? How to awaken ideas and insights in the client, instead of just giving them advice about where to go, and what to do? How to acknowledge a client’s individuality, while also strengthening the notion, that healthy living habits are simple and suitable for us all? How to also ensure, that you make this business profitable?

I have compiled the lectures, exercises, and fill-in forms so, that you should have enough know-how and concrete skills, after finishing the course, to start coaching independently.  So forget your worries, and head towards the coming weeks with an open mind. Add a splash of tenacity and diligence, and take some time out for yourself and this course. Be present during training sessions, and in your new everyday habits.
